    You are on TH-cam to learn how to get the lowest possible federal prison sentence. This video will help you!
    In this video, I break down seven strategies I used to get the shortest sentence in 2007, when I was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.
    The trick to getting the best sentence, as obvious as it sounds, is following through and taking action.
    For example, in this video, I express how and why character reference letters helped me.
    Do you have a process to obtain best in class character reference letters?
    In this video, I discuss the importance of getting the personal sentencing narrative into the probation report.
    Have you written your personal narrative? And if you have, have you sent it to the probation officer who interviewed you?
    You get the idea, I think.
    It is one thing to know what to do--it is a totally different thing to actually do it. For that reason, do not just watch this video--take immediate action!!
    Our entire team hopes you find value in this video. Feel free to reach out with questions. We are here to help!
    Best,
    Justin Paperny
    P.S. In this video, I discuss paying restitution before sentencing. Watch this video as well to learn if making a payment is right for you and your family. • Pros & Cons of Making ...

    I am a little less than two months away from sentencing. I found this to be an excellent 'refocus' and reaffirm review. Thank you. Excellent advice.

    This was very helpful, primarily working with the lawyers and why working is so important.

    Is point #1 the most important and #7 the least important or completely not ranked?

      @WhiteCollarAdviceOfficial  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not really ranked. And each item will be different for some and some of these strategies may not be as applicable. For example, we have a retired Dr. in his late 60s as a client. Item #1 is not as applicable as it was for me. And so on. Like I said, if one of these strategies help you, it’s a good use of our time. Thanks for watching.

    You had a very negative experience with your first attorneys. But not all are like that. Shameful on the part of Jones Day for treating you that way.

      We all bared responsibility. In their defense, I wasn’t speaking totally openly and honestly when I retained them. They did not know what to believe. That said, when I disclosed issues with the bank, they should’ve passed. And I agree that not all lawyers are like that. Many in fact are good and work in the interest of their clients.
