At first I thought it was my internet, but it's actually the video. Why is the video cutting in and out like that? Is it possible to fix it please as I was really relying on it to help me repair my change over hose. Which I am still trying to work out how it broke while all the other hoses are looking like new.
Same here. I had to download the video. It plays perfectly without any conversion on MPC, for example. It must be a fault with the format the uploader has chosen? I have this hose on order so was getting a heads up on the process. Pity I had to fix the 'Fix it' video first...
Is is the same process to to do the same repair to a DC40? My hose is torn in a couple of places (how does that happen?), and I doubt I'm still in warranty.
As it turned out, I WAS still in warranty. Dyson actually broke my vacuum worse the first time they tried to fix it (they broke the handle completely in half where it attaches to the rest of the body), but after shipping it back a second time, they got it completely fixed at no charge.
just got some speakers hooked up today so I don't have to read the CLOSED CAPTION CC and thought my internet connection or a windows update in the background was the cause of the stammering during playback grr not only me then experiencing this problem.

Jennifer Landa. Just download the video then use another video player on your device to play the video. There was no conversion. I hope this helps?

I'm going to fix mines tomorrow. my biggest problem thus far was having/shopping for a hex driver set. lol
