Welcome back to a new, exciting Tunisian stitch, Hookloopers! Today it's the Tunisian Twisted Knit Stitch. As the name implies, it is a variation of the regular Tunisian Knit Stitch and it is obtained grabbing the yarn from left to right instead of the standard right to left method. See how easy it is to learn, yet what peculiar, ribbed texture it produces!

Thanks for sharing 🙂 I had seen the first type of twisted knit stitch but not the second that gives a ribbed effect. Thanks again 😃

Thank you! I will try combining both twisted knit stitches and see how it looks. 😊💙

I love this stitch and thank you for the great tutorial. Is this stitch stretchy at all?

Thank you! As for most Tunisian stitches, it is not as stretchy as crochet or knitted ribbing. But it looks pretty "ribbed" ☺️
