Yea
I've got a PC CD of Atomic Bomberman. So I copied the files on to the Deck, set the .EXE as a non Steam game, told Proton to do its stuff.... and it worked! Excellent stuff.
I really want one but will wait for a V2. Until then, it's been amazing seeing everybody having a blast with it!
I reckon it will hold it's value well and with steam cloud if a V2 does come I would just be able to sell it and pay only a small amount to get the second edition.
Will probably be another 2 or 3 years before the next version comes out. Even then it could be the same deal where you have to wait several months to get it.
Just preordered one, hopefully I'll get a slot soon
I’d slave my soul for a steam deck. It’s still not available in my fkn country
The idea of a mini handheld PC is way too good to be true. I reaaaaaalllllyyyy want one 😣
That's unfortunate, you could just buy one from a scalper on ebay.. If you want to go that route
@@Ivan5642 i actually considered it. But the prices is way too much and it feels so wrong. I think I’ll wait until they they ship to more regions
@@gleam6370 geez.. Sometimes they scalp it for like 1 or 2 hundred bucks extra so it's good to keep a look out. But I definitely hear you. Best of luck to you!
@@Ivan5642 thanks. Kindness in the gaming community isn’t very common ✨
Love the Halo 2 background music!
I'm loving the Non-Xbox videos from you the last couple weeks. More Bethesda and Fallout videos please. That's why I subscribed to you 7 years ago. Keep up the good work man
Keep up the good work, Matt!!
I want one but sadly Steam Deck is not avaible for my country/region (south america)
Is the Valve Index available? if so then it's a matter of time before the Deck is available
@@lolcat no avaible
@@Choteron3 Valve probably just don't ship to your area. Maybe try a freight forwarder
Just officially ordered mine, now just the agonizing wait.
I gotta go full 90s beast mode and get some jnco jeans so I can carry this in my pocket
is a 10,000 Power Bank good for extra 2 hours? Swiss Tech has them at walmart hunter section. With Steam deck draw more? im not good with voltage and watts
Sean Green from 1998 called.
I guess you have multiple beds Matty, this is my sleepy bed and that one is my other bed I play games in.
Q4, but I can wait. Software seems rough so it'll be better by the time I get it. Why don't you try to get one of those mini HTPC keyboard and touchpad things?
Also I am in the same situation, had a Vita Slim since 2019 (Bought the OLED a few weeks ago as well) and it's my favorite handheld ever. My 3DS from 2011 has just been sitting in it's case and even now that I bought a New 3DS I just use that occasionally for SRPGS like Fire Emblem and Project X Zone.
Caaaaan't wait to get mine around the end of the year.
Also, does anyone know what the music at 2:30 onward is?
I just got my steam deck and have replayed the outer world, finished wasteland 3 and am going to start the pillars games.
I just ordered one. Totally said I wouldn't but I can't wait.
I just got it on Friday, and it is everything!
I pre ordered 25th of last year and still not received my order email…..
I just for once wanted the ability to be able to play Fallout 3 with mods. I was holding out hoping that we’d get a fallout 3 remastered on consoles with mod support, but at this point I don’t think it’s ever happening. Looks like I’m gonna go ahead and preorder and hopefully get a steam deck in like the next 10 years lol
I think they said if you ordered right now you'll get before 2023
@@punani_slayer4209 I hope so, that’d be awesome. But I preordered like a month ago so I’m definitely at the end of the line
@@SecretSquirrel987 nah lol that's a good news cuz you're guaranteed to get it before January. You'll probably even get it by October. Steam announced on Twitter recently that production has ramped up so everybody that already pre-ordered will 100% get a steam deck in the next few months
@@punani_slayer4209 good to know, thanks 👍🏻
Titanfall 2 runs on Deck? :D Best news I heard today other than the fact my Deck has been finally picked up by the courier!!
Pumped to be getting mine either this month or next now. I was Q4 previously.
You look great Matty, I can tell you’ve been training like an anime protagonist
I'm very satisfied with the Deck. Emulation in particular is the greatest revelation to me. It's comically easy to set up; and great for playing both childhood classics and those games that passed you by over the years.
It goes without saying, but playing New Vegas on the go is pretty cool too!
I saw he had scooby doo nights of 100 frights my question is how if I were to buy the steam deck would I be able to play it?
I just got my email today. Barely had enough to get it. Can't wait!
Im in alaska rn where the cloud gaming stuff really doesnt work over wifi. When I get back to the lower 48 tho I could see it being really cool.
I use my steam deck to play pc games that I couldn’t play as a playstation console user, I already finished Witcher and Witcher 2 and i’m having a blast at Forza Horizon 5
Can you play Last Epoch on it?
I searched 7dtd steam deck and stumbled on this? Do you know how this game performs on SD??? Thx!
My steam deck came with a case and I didn't get the most expensive one. Logo is just black and gray
oblivion on steam deck?? how does it work
All of them come with the carrying case homie
Can I play Swotor on a Steam deck, as a handheld
How’s SWTOR? Can you display to Monitor?
I love my steam deck so damn much. My huge library of steam games plus I can play Xcloud on it using MS's instructions. It works amazingly! It is just great. I can sit on the couch with my wife while she watches TV and play any game I want. I need to get more emulation set up though.
It really sucks , that xcloud is still a beta. I still have no invite to use it -.-
FYI: the 2nd tier model also comes with the carrying case
All 3 tiers come with a case.
Does anyone know what wireless keyboard is he using at 1:30
Does anyone know what the background music is? Is it a custom track?
