Sickkk 🔥 I would love to see an updated enhanced Vintage Mode with extra parameters to really push the MPC 60, MPC 3000, SP1200 modes beyond the original EQ curve that was modeled. Like being able to control the Sample rate, perhaps a slider to push the color of each model even further, maybe model two different MPC 60’s, two different MPC 3000’s, and two different SP 1200’s so we have more choice. Please include the ASR 10 flavor, would love that sound on my MPC.

This is awesome!! But I would like if you guys could nail that 12bit aliasing from the SP1200. So when you pitch down a sample it will add that artifacts like the 1200 does.
For my personal use, Akai software is becoming close to be perfect but there is still ome very crucial thing that I still really need / miss: being able to automate submixes. With effets like the Air Flavor Pro, this is an absolute must. Come on Akai, please make it happen! (and maybe being able to add more than 4 effects for each program or submixes, let's say 6) Thank you Santa!
You can automate submix effects chains, there is a little icon above the track in Matrix view to turn automation recording on, this is off by default. Then you can record automation into clips on the Master clip view.
@@ChopperDave42 I'm not sure what you're referring as Matrix view or Master clip view, but if you're referring to the little toggle that is by default green with the little R, and that you activate by lciking on it (and it becomes red with a little W), that only works for indivudal tracks (and not for submixes or master). If I misunderstand and if you're sure that this is possible I really would like to understand how (just did a quick google search that confirms what I'm saying but I would very gladly like to be wrong)

If Akai must go the paid plugins way, then at least make sure that third-party plugins are also allowed on stand-alone devices by making dev tools for the MPC platform publically available. I don't mind paying for plugins but then at least I want CHOICE on my MPC Live 2. If Reason can do it (stable, resource-light third-party plugins) then Akai can do it as well. I would actually go as far as claiming that third-party standalone plugins are key for the future of the MPC platform.
Akai this is absolutely awesome, definitely worth the money… If at all possible, can we have a loudness meter on a limiter for the LUFS, and maybe a multiband compressor like OTT… Which allows for upward expansion.. Fingers crossed so hard they’re cramping up 😂 Oh, one more thing, can we have the Waveshaper, Hard/Softclipper, Ringmod and pad effects as plugins. The Waveshaper in particular would really help, Oxford inflator is just a wave shaper, but it works like magic.
Ok so its not just me! this company refuses to help, going as far as blocking me from using the chat service on their site for troubleshooting, they've been ignoring me and avoiding helping me for a while... I feel like im being discriminated on, and they're bold about it, going as far as having an employee (alex) harass me on multiple occasions. Acting as if I was in the wrgon for asking for them to troubleshoot their own software. I have receipts and eventually, i am going to take them to task for their unjust behavior.

Nice plugins but Akai better give us more than 4 inserts per channel strips. FL Studio has 10, that way we can really do some complex chains if we want.

Serato Studio 2.0 already has VST3 support and pretty much unlimited FX inserts for Pads, Tracks, Master Channel etc. MPC Ren, MPC Touch, MPC Studio 2 should not be held back because of standalone hardware's limitations

Akai support is rubbish. No matter how much the hardware and software do, for some things, they can't get things straight. Every new update comes with brand bugs that they are certain to ignore. The license deactivating after couple weeks is problematic. Then there are those who have problems activating in the first place. Pad perform issues. MIDI note off bug. And all the other bugs. They don't test these things out very well, nor do can they add a new feature without breaking something else.
So where did the "Pad Color' section go to? It used to be on the menu page, Now I have all this other stuff I dont need? How do I cHange colors on pads?
Does the vinyl section with its noise emulations have a follow option like the rc-20 plugin. I hope so. This is the one thing that is always missing in these plugins and the dealbreaker for me. However, this plugin looks awsome. Great Job akai 👌🙏

You guys didn’t fix the bug introduced in 2.11.5 when using the Tascam model 12 as an usb interface with the Mpc there’s digital distortion/cracking noises with the audio. Issue is still there in 2.11.6. Have to downgrade back to 2.11.4.

I have been trying to activate on my mpc x with no luck. Keep getting Activate Plugins error. Could not validate license from server. I have restarted. Refresh and I have loved out and back in on activate plugins. I have also reconnected wifi. No luck.

But of course you know best……..Not.
If you better designed your hardware to be, hardware. You wouldnt need software emulation. Just a thought. All akai has done is created a very weak computer, put a touch screen on it and called it a day. Why dont you put work into your hardware?

I always wondered why we never got that 2000xl preset or the whole mpc line up to 4000 in presets. But I’m liking this plugin.

If you better designed your hardware to be, hardware. You wouldnt need software emulation. Just a thought. All akai has done is created a very weak computer, put a touch screen on it and called it a day. Why dont you put work into your hardware?

@@AndyMacMPCclub no this and everything they snuck in as a “free trial” in that last update should have been free. These are expansions that take their product to a new level and they want you to pay half the price of the unit itself for them. I hope that’s not akai future business model. Other wise I’m cool with parting ways.

Yeah it's wild this company isn't fixing these insane problems, flavor pro doesn't bounce the first bar when its used in a DAW, and AKai has only ignored the problem, going as far as stopping people from reaching them using the embedded chat on their support page.
