The hardest part was finding the problem. The fix was easy! It’s impressive to me (Latrell) that with no history of mechanical experiences he is able to figure these things out.
Hi there and thanks for your video. Since i have the same engine problem, i wanted to ask, did you change 2 relays (engine & cockpit) or just one ? Where exactly is the engine relay situated ?
Hi! So the relay in on the port side of the engine. Just look for wires going into a small black box. I know when this happened, he literally just started following each individual wire to see if he could find anything that looked strange. I want to say that he only replaced one of them. But it was really easy to tell which one was corroded. Also they are relatively cheap so it wouldn’t be a terrible idea ti just replace however many you have. Lastly, it’s 5:30 in the morning here,, but When Stephen wakes up I will see if he can give better instructions on finding the relay! I hope that you have an easy fix for your engine!
@@SVFresh2Salty Thank you for the reply, i checked the engine relay with the multimeter, it works but it didn't theck the other one at the cockpit. The stop solenoid doesn't seem to move either... So the engine won't start but i've found out that the fuel level is very low and there's a lot of diesel depot, i have to clean all this and change the filters. It will not be an easy fix lol. How about your engine, all good now ?
Ours was all good after the relay. But We have had diesel bug, later on. I definitely recommend clearing out your tank. Diesel bug is an easy to fix issue but it will definitely stop the engine from working.
@@SVFresh2Salty Checking for Diesel bug is a part of the job but before, i have to empty the tank and open inspection haches...and yes, you don't want the engine to stop with the first wave !
That looked like quite a chore Stephen! Josh and I are impressed every time we watch y’all’s videos. What a journey! Praying for you all.

Engine problems, the bane of our existence!!
Truth!
That’s why we sail 😂😉
