Rude people is something that I can't stand.I use to work on the till in a shop And some customers were really rude but there were really nice customers who stood up for me.this video shows us we should never be rude to anyone no matter what.
The first woman should have been kinder to the delivery guy. She’s just lucky he was a nice person because he could make sure that the next time she orders, she may end up eating some food with nasty stuff in it. Being kind is easy and it does come back to you and it makes the giver feel great. Love your videos, Supermission!

I was hoping that this video would either give that Karen lady some bad Karma or have her make amends in some way. I respect the actress a lot because she also plays very nice characters. Some of the actors in these videos ONLY play mean characters or ONLY play nice ones and I feel every actor needs to mix it up and sometimes be a villain and sometimes a hero. An actor who is always ONLY one type does not have good range of acting ability.

Seriously , that first lady was so rude. But that second lady kindness me cry . I always be when you're kind to someone you will be paid back ten fold . Not just that be just see a smile on some one face is priceless

This rude idiotic lady refused to tip the delivery man, but verbally abused him as well. Her lack of empathy irritates everyone, myself included!!! She needs to respect him and all the delivery person, or they will stop delivering to them!!!

Really powerful storytelling Supermission. It really isn't easy being a pizza driver, they only make $20K a year and with all the food and insurance for you alone, you would live broke for the rest of your life. I might know what that's like one day, but I know how to save money quickly. I'm going to need to get used to living frugally which is easy.

Because a delivery person that doesn't ACTUALLY deliver anything is LOGICALLY a contradiction of their OWN existence!
He should have said you are gonna be put on the blacklist meaning no service or delivery you can start going out or order from someone else you should be ashamed of yourself for your behavior that'd be to the rude woman

1. Be kind to service workers because the next time your order foor he can spit or do whatever to your food. And 2nd of all if you didn't want to pay tip. Go pick up the food yourself. I wished the girl would have told her off

The first woman was rude. The next woman he delivered she paid him extra. She said this extra is for your daughter. He said I can't take this and she said nope - what goes around comes around. The 2nd woman was looking for a job and turned down. The delivery man was promoted and ended up hiring her. He arrived at her door - stating what he'd done with the extra funds and hired her.
People that say they're sorry are people that have been caught in wrong doings. Too often too little too late. Because people think saying they're sorry will fix the problem. Because they show their true colors when they don't know who they're dealing with. And I'm not talking about the outside of the person but the inside of who they are and what they stand for.
Kindness cost nothing. But rudeness, disrespect and bullying will cost you everything. It's like I teach my kids. Good behavior deserves good rewards. Bad behavior get nothing but troubles. This fits all ages

They should do one that's sadly becoming more and more prevalent. Customers receiving food delivery, and then claiming that they never got the food and asking for a refund. A Driver said something like,"One "Food never arrived," complaint is a serious write up, and a second,"Food never arrived," complaint is an automatic firing. I'd love to see Super Mission do a false, "Food never arrived," complaint video and have a Bystander Neighbor say something like,"I saw you get the food! How could you lie like this!" The "Liar," say something like,"Mind your own business, jerk!" The Bystander Neighbor could say,"I don't mind my own business when it comes to hard workers being lied about and being taken advantage of." The "Liar," could end up "one year later," working for Food Delivery and see how hard food delivery workers work and have true remorse for lying about them to get a refund. 😀

In which county or country ? In the United States yes it's quite common for companies to offer cash. Upon ordering via phone or online they offer credit card, debit card or cash as a method of payment.

I saw a video where a Delivery Driver who didn't get a tip CUSSED OUT A TEENAGER. People were shocked that a Delivery Driver cussed out a Teenager. They felt even more sorry because the Teenager who got cussed out wasn't even the one who ordered the food, it was his little sister who actually ordered the food and she set up big brother as a fall guy by having him go pay for the food and she smugly was seen on camera actually picking it up. Posters didn't like that she set up her big brother as a fall guy(Her Dad later said something like,"I left her enough for the tip too but she thought the delivery charge WAS the tip and didn't tip him.) The Delivery Driver was fired for cussing out a Teenager.
