    CRISPY BREAD AND POTATO SLICE
    • 4 Potatoes Boiled
    • METHOD
    • Take Bowl Put Boiled Potatoes and cut Pieces
    • Add 1 Onion Chopped
    • Add Garlic Chopped 1 Teaspoon
    • Add Green Chilli Cuts 4 Pieces
    • Add Salt 1 Teaspoon
    • Add Lemon Juice 2 1/2 Teaspoons
    • Add Coriander leaves Handful
    • POWDER MASALA INGREDIENTS
    • Cumin 1 Teaspoon Powder
    • Red Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 Teaspoon
    • Garam Masala 1 Teaspoon
    • Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon
    • Chaat Masala 1 Teaspoon
    • Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoon
    • Put all ingredients Masala into Potatoes and mix well together in Smoothie Paste and Keep Side
    • Take 6 or 7 Bread Slices and Grind mix and make bread crumbs and Keep in Plate
    • Next Make flour Paste Thick
    • Take Bowl put Maida flour full 1 cups (220 grams)
    • Add Corn Starch 1/2 cups (110 grams)
    • Add Salt 1 Teaspoon
    • Add Red Chilli Flakes 1 Teaspoon
    • Add water 1/2 cups and make Smooth Thick Paste
    • Take pan put oil and heat for deep fry in medium low flame
    • Next Take Bread Slices Cut top One Side Of Bread
    • Take Potatoes Paste and put upon bread slices and spread all the sides and cut bread slices into 3 pieces and deep into flour paste both sides and then put into bread crumbs and count them and put into Oil for fry 3 minutes one side and 2 minutes second side golden brown Colour come in medium low flame
    • Dish out with Red Chilli Sauce or Ketchup
