You often mention that parents can make their children anxious.
If you could make a video on how parents should treat and educate their children for them to grow emotionally stable and overcome life easier. That would be an very interesting topic.

It is only by caring for yourself that you can show him that change is possible and be there for him in a good way. It is just a process.

Hi there! First, I wanted to tell you that it has been difficult for me to begin recovery as I have never had OCD problems before these 7 months. But after watching these videos, it has been a relief to understand this condition much more. I understand that you have overcome OCD and anxiety, but in all the places where I have looked for information it is always said that this is chronic and that you cannot get rid of it but learn to live with it. I would like to know if there is a chance to get back to my normal life or if I have to commit to accepting my OCD. Thank you :)

I managed to end my anxiety, OCD and depression - but I had to become a new person, with new beliefs, new behaviours and a new personality. You can't stay the same and get rid of OCD as OCD comes from who you are being. I learned to stop worrying and let go of fear. www.patreon.com/theanxietyspecialist

My son just told me he is dealing with this.
He is 22 and called me yesterday crying saying he thinks he is crazy and that he has been dealing with it since he was 13.
Please how can I get him help we live in Bakersfield California if you know of anyone or place I can take him.
Please keep him in your prayers

I will hold a space for him. If he is ready to change my course may be a powerful first step. To understand what is happening to you, can be so powerful. You may find it interesting too, so you can support him effectively? John www.Patreon.com/theanxietyspecialist
