Straight to the point of the easy operation 🔋 Thanks This jump pack would have come in handy yesterday, I’m ordering one. I left my 23 Chevy Colorado in an airport parking ramp, got back at midnight from an 9day trip and battery was dead. Called the parking ramp because they offer jump service but their packs were low charge. They managed to jump another Chevy before me but their pack was depleted. Luckily that jumped person had cables and gave me a jump. 3hours wasted waiting could have been saved by this device I’m sure.
I bought one of this in the hope of jump starting my 2021 toyota hilux sr5, I connected all the clamps as instructed, turned the unit on and wait for the boost light to come on, then started the engine, engine turned over a little bit but unable to fully turn on, the noco then overheated and showed the exclamation light blinking, 2 bar s of battery already drained, I don't know what I did wrong, really need some help.
Yes true👍 I literally received the GB40 version and it had full bar so I just tried it now on BMW 435d 3.0 diesel . It managed to get all lights etc on gave one little attempt then drained out. I hope it wasn’t fully charged even showing full bar. I’ve put it on charge now and try again tomorrow Then I would know it’s fully charged without doubt and hope it will start my car That would be a real test for this thing

thanks, got mine today. No more calling around for a jump !
Nice bro, I've had mine for a year now and recently just had to pull it out. Still works great
I bought a GB40 in early spring 2024. It started my 2.4L Camry with weak battery.
Keep in glove box for future use holds charge well
Yeah they hold a charge for quite a while.
I used it once on a friends car battery that was insufficiently charged and it worked great
Some people on the comments NEVER read a MANUAL in their LIFE and it SHOWS 🙆🏻♂️
🙃
How long does it hold a charge, and how many times can you jump your truck with a full charge? I have the 5.7 Hemi too. thanks
Mine held a charge for like a year, I've also jumped the truck like 5 times in a week without loosing a bar. Pretty solid little unit
@@BickfordsRs3 thank you just orderd the GB 50 from Amazon ,just another 50 bucks so.

Definitely handy little thing, holds a charge for very long time. Ive only charged it once in the 2 years I've had it.

That doesn't sound good, does it have any kind of hybrid system or anything.?
Got mine to start with no battery in it at all today. Rather impressed.
Skillz!

Is this a joke, or are you being serious? When a battery is dead there may as well be no battery in the vehicle, it's essentially the same thing.
@@icelover3 A "dead" battery is still providing a lot of starting current, it's just not enough to turn the engine over.
@@Bonswally That's mildly subjective, but I'll agree with that.
Sweet man 👍
Thanks for the visit
Great informative video. Would it make sense to have it connected to the battery for more than a few minutes during the jump process?
It won't hurt any, but once it's started the alternator should be charging the battery
@@BickfordsRs3 Thank you for the info
Did your jump starter make a clicking noise when you connected it?
Nope, I only had to turn it on. No sounds or anything
They are supposed to click when ready to jump!
That's not a real test cause the battery was still strong enough for accessorie mode

It still worked, I'm not boosting it with a car every time..
Let me know how it goes, I've never used it with less then 2 bars on the truck
@@BickfordsRs3ye sure will let you know tomorrow
Thanks 👍
No problem 👌
How much does it cost
In Canada it was 149 on sale, so maybe 100 freedom dollars
I had one of these, it would not even turn the engine over on my lawn tractor.
I seemed to have lucked out
You probably need a different model. It starts my mustang all the time 4.6 liter .
It won’t start my little
Kia at all. Only if it has a click and a little juice but nothing on a dead battery
If the battery is nearly or completely dead you need to use the override to disable the safety features. This is in the manual.
