My Sister and I fly annually to the UK for two months and always fly with BA Business Class........To date we have never had a problem. The Crews are always friendly and professional. The food......cannot fault it. People who do complain are either nit picking or just very hard to please. If you do not like BA ...............choose another. It is as simple as that. @@warzonemoments3970 The seats are very comfortable, room to move, good storage also. We sleep very well when reclined. Just booked our trip for May 2025. Unfortunately the prices have increased but when I read the print out it was the taxes, fees and surcharges that is the killer. The actual ticket prices is acceptable for Business Class.....also we are located in Australia, so any airfare to any location hurts the pocket🙃

We’re flying Club Suite to Nashville in September. Can’t wait. Went to Vegas in the old style business class a few years ago and it was showing its age even back then. Looking forward to seeing how it’s improved.

I wish I did it when I flew LHR-SIN Club Suite last year (first time Club experience). All very nice. I was quite underwhelmed by the Heathrow Galleries lounge quite honestly. It really doesnt feel very special. But, the flight crew were superb so can't ask for much more than that. And the food on board was enjoyable.
You should absolutely do one next time, I love watching peoples travel vids haha. I agree with the Heathrow Galleries Lounge, perhaps i went on the wrong day but i felt it was so unmatched compared to the Virgin Clubhouse and it felt like any other priority pass lounge but slightly bigger and more food options.

Glad you enjoyed the video, for my first BA Club Suite experience I had a blast. The amenities bag included some lip balm, moisturiser, sleep mask, socks and ear plugs and all packaged by the White Company.
We did LHR to LA Bizz Class. Sadly at 6ft 7 I didn't fit in the lie-flat bed and my size 13 feet wouldn't squash into the slot provided. The staff were wonderful though!
I flew in their club suite last year and I am flying in the club suite again with BA in June. I fly business cos I have anxiety and probably some claustrophobia. BA business seats are sometimes much cheaper than other airlines. I just sleep on the flight. Don't care about what others look for in business class 😂 e.g. food, storage, ac, rude airhostess, bathroom, etc. All I care about is a flat bed. 😅
I live in Dubai (since 2005), flights that leave from here (EK) are stupidly priced, try Oman Air, they're decently priced, go via a north african city, it's way cheaper. Good luck with the channel.

@@IkeTravels Oman Air are brilliant, so much so I fly to Muscat before I go anywhere, It adds a few hours but the quality of their product and the price point makes it fantastic. Emrates and Qatar are just too expensive (but have better route networks). If I can fly via Muscat direct to my destination, then I do it.
The new club suite is vastly superior than the old style. The BA cabin crew each time I’ve flown with them have been great. I have also noticed generally that since Covid, cabin crews seem much more attentive.
You said you had an Economy ticket and upgraded to Club with Avios but you are only permitted to upgrade one cabin, so assume you paid for Premium Economy?

BA gain a lot of profits for seat selections with old club world. That is why is delayed the retrofit for another 5 years to fully complete all fleets. With the new club suite it is hardly any bad seat compared to yin yang horrible seat.
Only ever had good experiences really with BA Club World and Europe. I really don't know why on board crew get such a bad rap - they've always been lovely to me. Maybe its about how people behave towards them. If you're nice, they will be too? The ground crew - that's a slightly different story. Had some nice ground crew that had to dave me from the laziness and general incompetence of other ground crew. Also BA IT is world class rubbish. Edit: LOL! I've already commented here previously and didnt remember Ive actually seen this video before! :)
The fact that business class evolved so much to the point that this seat isn't considered to be the best in the world is crazy

How did you upgrade from economy to business mate I thought you could only upgrade from one level below? Did you use the ba website?

Just waiting on BA to implement the Club Suites on the route to Singapore 😅
Fly on BA15, from October till March they use the 777. After that it reverts back to 787 with the old style suites.
