I can't believe Oscar went from 40 mph to 80 mph in one advisory! I never expected that to be the case! I was thinking maybe a 50 or 60 mph tropical storm at most, but not 80!
@@DecipheringWeather Imagine this storm becomes a Category 5 hurricane! At first I thought NHC did a typo in their advisory, but no... That means 2024 now has 10 hurricanes! Truly remarkable!
My god now oscar is a HURRICANE just as we called this season a bust we had FRANCINE GORDON HELENE ISAAC JOYCE KIRK LESLIE MILTON NADINE OSCAR now we might have patty and Rafael and there's a chance of development in November so we'll see where we'll get to
