Crazy how you were able to predict the number of hurricanes and majors. Also feels weird this season to not have more tropical storms than we did hurricanes.
This season was definitely active destructive with Beryl,Helene and Milton But not as active as we were concerned about We definitely got lucky this season we didn’t get anything monstrous because this was the year I thought we would see another Sandy
I think if NOAA's CPC declared La Nina, it'd be in January and that it'll be very short lived. Heading deeper into next year, I believe a neutral ENSO or even an El Nino is most likely as the models have been off on predicting this year's La Nina and generally failed this year. That said, my belief in the return of El Nino is based on some rumors on X (formerly twitter) by generally good forecasting people and their explanations on why La Nina has struggled to take hold including what it may mean for the future of ENSO in 2025.
If there is a named storm in the Atlantic, this month, it will be named Tony. If there is a named storm in the Atlantic Ocean next month, that one will be named Andrea.
May hurricane in 2025? Please tell me the odds as I plan to possibly take a mini vacation to Ohio in case I can't make it to my 40th birthday trip in October.

This season was insane the last half had so many storms, and we only have 3 names left on the list now lets see what happens in 2025
