Thanks for subscribing, currently waiting on new forged internals to turn up so I can put together a built motor, expecting power outputs to be over 500 horsepower this time around so there should be some interesting build videos popping up.
Man this is a really nice build for what we have out here wich is about close to nothing since there is no real turbo kits for a jeep tj Id love to see this thing progress into something badass if you do build a motor and what not thats my plan for me, build a nice motor that can punch out 300hp N/a and then slap a supercharger or turbo,or a centrifugal S/c since thats what im currently thinking about but i would have to make my own brackets to hold it wich leads me to go with a turbo plus i do like the noises of a turbo but i'll see what i can do later on in life :D
Nice build but u'll be rebuilding that 4.0 very soon basically a tractor engine the Pistons take all the abuse rings ECT adding a turbo will shorten life spans J's very nice set up tho🤙
The biggest issue actually is high cylinder pressure and tight ring gaps expanding and causing the piston crown to break off. The car has been running this configuration for over a year now and hasn't had a fault whatsoever, when it does eventually die I will do a built motor but until then ill just keep jeepin.
Beautiful work! Subscription added and time to catch up. Thank you.

@@BoostedTJ sounds great, I'm looking forward to the content 👍
Excellent work man! Looks like quite the job to fab all that up. I would love to turbo my TJ
Hey thank you I really appreciate that, I'm currently refabricating the entire hot side, it's looking much nicer this time around
@@BoostedTJ Very nice!

The motor build has begun, the first video will be head porting while I wait for the forged internals to turn up 👍
Nice setup ,always wondered if standard computer would be OK with boost
Depends if it's renix, jtec or ngc and even then there are some limitations
I have an 05 same ngc3 mine cuts spark as soon as it sees boost. Did you run into this?
You need to scale the map sensor
Badass
Thanks man, the new build is even nicer
