Yellow English budgie devouring some millet

This is Daffodil, my tame English budgie. Really tucking into some millet. As with us, most things they really enjoy need to be fed in moderation.
All my birds got some millet as a treat this morning to help take their minds off the howling wind outside, Storm Eowyn is making itself known 😬
In situations where birds may be stressed by outside noise, putting the radio on for them helps. Air purifiers are perfect, on full blast they provide "white noise" while at the same time cleaning the air of bird dust - bonus 😁
