its a hipshot b style aluminum, just like juan's. and yes those are jag style switches. one is a killswitch, one is a capacitor switch for the bridge pickup (i can switch between two caps for a darker or brighter sound), and one switch is currently inactive, i cant decide what it should do yet.
You used to have to contact Fred Hammon himself. I contacted him via email, and a couple months later they came in the mail. Fred hasn't been making them for a couple years, though I'm not sure if he has started again. He resurfaced on the Talkbass forums a couple weeks ago.
