    This is exactly the demo I needed. If I purchased the nearly $1800 desk before seeing this I would have been incredibly disappointed at the instability.

    I can't believe how many people watch the first minute, comment assuming you only test on carpet, and leave. Thanks for the helpful video.

    16:30 literally tightening all the allen bolts LOL if they were tight they wouldn't turn another quarter to half turn like they are

    • @Scorpia260
      @Scorpia260 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yeah. The fact that the bolts were not fully tightened, and it wasn't re-tested before throwing on the casters makes me second guess the first half of the video. Still, the "crab walk" may still be an issue because wobble is inevitable even in the most stable desk.

    Thanks for doing this demo on the uplift desk. That wobbly thing seems more stable with casters. But, can you put the casters on the Apex desk to compare the effect of casters on stability?

  • @beatIlay
    @beatIlay 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    How narrow of the desk? 24 inches? The uplift is 30inches on their take too. The extra separation before legs adds stability

    Where are the bases? On the Uplift website, this model has a base on each side that connects the legs together and expands the footprint.
    Also, thank you for the review videos. Very helpful.

If you guys can do that you guys will have the best known desks in the country and probably the most customer conversion as well.

    What i can witness of the bat is the legs underneath have 4 screews each and something tells me it would be a good idea to implement metal brackets as legs same way flexispot has for their odin table and their baby version 4 leg version of the E7 pro premium.
    But one Major thing uplift has better as a design is that metal bracing rod that braced the rear leggs!
    I do not understand why is thus thing a standard, I mean it helps structure Over 30/40%.
    Casters are the Worst for stability.
    I love the uplift but im from Canada so not easy to get them here

    Look closely. It’s wobbling because of the rug.
