If that retaining clip is hard to loosen/corrosion welded to the plate, you can look through one of the air vents on the side and tap the clip with a thin screwdriver. Likewise, when reassembling, you can peek through the vent holes and make sure it isn't blocking the reinsertion of the armature.
It depends on the size of the job. If I'm only doing this... 250.00. Sometimes, the bearings are hard to get or expensive. Remember to judge whether the job is worth it or not.
Very helpful video indeed. Getting the shaft out of the housing is a major head-ache. I used a lot of patience and WD-40 and a rubber mallet...
Thanks for the video 👍

I got my women power. Gracias
Your video was super helpful,I appreciate it.
I use the old bearing to sit on top of the new bearing and then bang it on
Can I use my old bearings from my old pump if they r the same exact pumps?
If they're in good condition, of course. New bearings are usually pretty inexpensive though.
New ones are so cheap why would you? Why repair with bad parts?
Thank you!
Where did you get the bearings
Amazon.
What is the cost to rebuild one of those ?

There is no governor switch. Single speed? Single capacitor.
