I absolutely appreciate this information. How you took your pain and turned it into a purpose to help others is amazing. I’m trying to get a boutique geared toward helping others with hair loss and this is inspiring! Thank you and God Bless you
Awesome interview from "The Hair Messiah" I highly recommend the services of Nouritress Hair Clinic and the products produced and sold here. I have beautiful hair and "The Hair Messiah" has been doing my hair for 20+years. A+++
My wife ignores it and puts wigs on. It's a very touchy subject, and I really don't know how to help her, but I know she wants to grow hair, but she doesn't want any of my advice or input.
Alopecia is a sensitive subject for black women because of how horribly a lot of them speak about each other behind their backs and because we’ve been taught that men only want women that have long, lucious hair. I have alopecia and cried a lot because of it. I decided to buzz my fro off after 2 years of seeing the spots just slowly progressing. I hid it from my boyfriend for the first 6 months of being together. But when I showed him why I wear wigs and durags, he started helping me through the process by showing me how much he loves my buzz cut by rubbing and kissing my head, even during intimate time. If I’m wearing a wig at home, he will pull it off my head, kiss my bald spots and tell me how beautiful I am without it. 🥰 A year later (this morning), we’re heading to his barber to get my first pro buzz cut. Hehe. Give her love and support through the process and keep telling her how beautiful she is with and without the wigs. Look into black dermatologists with good reviews and text her the links. She may not say anything but I can 98% guarantee she’ll look at the links and will begin opening up to you. I wish you and your wife the best of luck. 💙
God bless you and your partners for the working you're doing, Ms. Bullard! Your products are absolutely fantastic!! Your hair vitamins and intensive edge repair night drops are the best in the market!!
And stop thinking when the customer is telling you what they need that they’re trying to tell you how to do your job. That’s where the ignorance comes in that annoys me to know and.
Good info but we need more professional hair dressers that studied what you do I really don't think that Blk woman need chemicals on the scalp and hair honey all natural is in Lol y'all Peace love you 💋💐❤️
I agree! Half these stylist don’t have much hair on their head. I will do my own hair and keep these money hungry stylist out my head. There are a FEW good ones out there but, we should not have to pay an arm and a leg for haircut/ style.
Great synopsis on the industry and opportunity to serve our community. I would love to hear her thoughts on aging, hair loss and diet.
