I must say At least your honest about the very small very nutritional meals you eat honest that you don’t snack and that you don’t pretend to live on burgers or pizzas like a lot of models do -iv come from a dance background with terrible eating disorder problems-it’s very helpful when someone thin is honest about their eating and don’t make out they are able to eat huge amounts of anything and stay thin! If you're ever in a hurry, the butternut squash soup from Pacific foods is really good. Lots of salt of course, but you can thin it down with unsweetened almond milk. Just pour and heat. So great in the fall!

I know she’s thin but that doesn’t look extremely unhealthy or severely underweight, and about her calories I would say she eats 1300 calories, higher in fats, not the recommended amount for an active adult but come on it’s only a day from 365

Anybody would stay thin on that diet tiny amount of oats vegetable soup 1 slice of bread then just fish and veggies again Very healthy but very low in calories then oil oil oil added for skin obviously that’s why the night tummy ache🥺😫🙄
great- just noticed that you baked the fish with aluminium foil- very bad, the aluminium heats up and transfers into the food- try baking with baking paper!
