Pict 30/31 Misinformation corrected

There's too much misinformation about the jetting and jet placement. In regards to the pict 30/31. This comes straight after getting my 73 Super Beetle through Arizona's emissions. Hopefully this helps.

I put my vacuum gauge on a tee piece that goes beteween the carb vacuum advance can and the carb but it makes no vacuum at idle only some when revved up.
