    Great review of a good watch. I like that you zoomed out for an appreciation of how the watch looks in relation to the arm. It gives perspective. Most reviews just close up on a wrist shot.

      Thank you, I zoom out on all of my watch videos. I also noticed that other watch videos don't do it, and I thought it would be good to see, so I do it on all my videos now.

    This is a beautiful time piece by Seiko . totally worth upgrading to sapphire ....

      If I scratch it then I would definitely upgrade to sapphire.

    Very detailed video! I am actually planning to buy this watch!

      Hopefully the video was helpful in your purchase decision. Overall like the watch, but would like it more if it had a sapphire crystal.

    Beautiful piece. The only reason I haven’t bought it is because I have the Hamilton Khaki Field 38. I may still purchase it.

      I have one as well, I need to get it out and compare these two watches.

    Great review of a great budget auto field watch from seiko. I got mine just a few days ago. Srpg37k1, black dial, bead blasted case, nato strap. @USD 170. Love it! Go forward on your next video showcasing a lot of strap options!

    • @WrongTimeWatch
      @WrongTimeWatch  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Dang, that sounds like a good deal. I will try to put together a strap show video in the next couple of weeks here.

      @@WrongTimeWatch that will be perfect!!! Thanks. Love to see the strap variations. It will also serve as a guide for us.

    I really like these new Seiko 5 field watches. I'm thinking of picking up the black one and swapping out the hardlex for sapphire.

    • @WrongTimeWatch
      @WrongTimeWatch  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That would be a nice upgrade for sure. I don't know if there is sapphire available for it yet though.

    Mine arrived today…. Nice watch well finished, a bit thinner would be nice
    And it’s running a bit fast straight outta the box but hopefully will settle over a few days, like every other 4r
    I’ve owned

    • @WrongTimeWatch
      @WrongTimeWatch  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I hope it settles in for you as well. Yes thinning would be nice, but as we know, anything with a 4R is going to be a bit thick.

    it is nice to see these from seiko, a new medium sized field watch line. spec-wise this is so much better than the snk800s, but visually and from a size point of view, i think those are still nicer. if seiko would release a reissue of the snks with the 4R36 movement, sapphire and 5bar+ of wr, but no other changes (apart from thickness if that is needed for the wr or movement) and around the 300 dollar mark... oh man one can only dream.

    • @WrongTimeWatch
      @WrongTimeWatch  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I never did manage to pick up one of those SNK800 watches. I really do like this SBSA113 though for the most part. It is a little thick for what it is.

      @@WrongTimeWatch No no, don't get me wrong. I think the new model is really cool, one of the better field watch options if you don't want to spend Khaki Field money. Just day dreaming about a better option from Seiko :)

      It would be nice if it was less expensive, but yea the price is not too bad all things considered.

    Hi. Does that plan bezel rotate? I would like to replace it with a dive style bexel

    • @WrongTimeWatch
      @WrongTimeWatch  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, it does not, and I doubt that it has a hole drilled for the click spring to work.

    Thank you. I own the black one, don't wear it very much since it proved too large for my 175 mm/7 inch wrist, dangling on its insufficiently adjustable bracelet. Personally I don't see why a dressed up retro military three-hander needs to be the size of a Submariner, wearing even larger.

    • @WrongTimeWatch
      @WrongTimeWatch  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree, it is a bit large and thick for a field watch. Yes, only two micro adjustment holes is disappointed as well.
