Marc we've always isolated or compartmentalized in a VES operation - I'm just not a believer in including it in the acronym. Where does it end??!! - Should we have a letter for masking up and going on air before entry, sweeping and sounding the floor, searching the hallway, dragging the victim to and out the window, etc, etc. It was V.E.S. for God knows how many years until somebody thought including an "I" was important.

What kind of tool was the firefighter using?
Does shaking the gauge on MSA’s reset idle PASS?
Yeah. Movement resets the MSA packs.
