CHIANG MAI, Exploring One Of The BEST Cities in Thailand 2023

- Our first impressions of Chiang Mai, Thailand weren't the best. Don't get me wrong, we liked it but we just didn't 'get it' but after a day or two, everything fell into place and we started seeing this city for what it was, AMAZING!
With it's extremely chill vibes, great restaurants both with local and global cuisine, super cosy coffee shops, friendly locals and everything being within a walking distance away from the center it was a place we were able to full immerse ourselves into in a very leisurely place.
Everyone knows that Thai food is one of the best in the world and Chiang Mai was not lacking! Khao Soi is a dish you must try when visiting Chiang Mai, it was delicious! Also, one good to note, if you are Vegan/Vegetarian you will not struggle here.
Minus spending most of our time relaxing and casually walking around we also managed to make time to get in a class of muay thai and one of our favourite things...see elephants at a sanctuary!
Chiang Mai is a very unique city which we're sure you will enjoy just as we did.

I was in Chiang Mai a few weeks ago. I absolutely loved staying in the old city away from the tourists. Khao Soi is now my favourite dish.

I like your videos. Can I make a suggestion you whispering dialog is covered up by either background noise or the music level so either speak louder while filming or set you levels in post with the dialog 50% louder than the music.

What was there to get in the first place? Chiang Mai has not been anywhere close to what it was prior covid so far. I can tell, I live there since a decade.
Oh really, thats interesting to know. What would you say was different pre-covid? We really enjoyed our time there!
@@aleesha_and_leo to keep it a bit short: the old city was filled with places and shops, aside of all those cool markets. It was a super friendly feeling square. Nowadays death aside of nimman arra or the few markets.
