Jeanie Telford try a few different meditation there are a lot on you tube .. also the more you do deep breathing the more relaxed you will get .. like everything else it takes patience and practice .. meditation has changed my life
Hello, try guided meditation. It will surely help. Start with 5 min guided meditation, then 10 or so on
Try the breathing first this stabilizes you..before going to mediation..or try hand Mudras or hand yoga while breathing..inhale 10 sec in ..exhale 10 secs right after ..increase increments of 10 secs ..20 secs in and exhale..then 30 secs till you reach 60secs.. I have ILD with asthma so normal breathing is not easy for me I am at 60 secs in and out..so I am sharing..I now mediate for missing 30 min periods without trying..hope it helps

Focus on your breath going in & out, it's a good place to get grounded, instead of feeling like you got an F in the class!!!!! I felt like I failed , but what does it mean to you??? It's a unique experience......🙏🕯️🙏🕯️🍀🍀
This is great info! I see on a daily bases the numbers 1111,1010 and somedays I see them both in the morning and evenings. I also see 111, 222, 333, 444, and every once in awhile 555 and 777 sometimes. I am calling in my twin flame and working on myself at the same time. I am at my happiest that I have ever been in many years. Two years ago I went though a life changing situation before and after the death of my father. After his death I ended a 32 year marriage and went back to school. I now live alone as a struggling student with a part time job. Life is amazingly surprising and I can't wait to see where my path takes me. I took a leap of faith and do so everyday. My choices are mine to make and my life I leave in the universe , God or higher power's hands. I now love myself and I am happy.

Right before even seeing that this video was on, I saw the numbers 333. I took notice of them and acknowledged them. I like to be an active participant in my life and I'm always trying to learn what I can do to help things go as smoothly as possible.
I hear so many people complaining. Why me? Or blaming everything on someone else. Many times others are involved and may be a catalyst but in the end we should be asking questions about our own involvement and holding ourselves accountable.
I want to be an active participant in my own life. I already know I can accept or reject anything or anyone at any time.
I'm learning now I need to scratch below the surface and see what's really going on. A lot if repeat performances seem to pop up. Most if the time I'm not likeing the end results.

I listen to you daily now and have for the last 6 mos or so. Somehow, and I wasn't looking for something of yours at the moment, this video popped up and began playing. 33: 25.... I literally broke down and started crying right before you mentioned something about you crying. I'm not even 30 yet and I don't have either one of my parents. My mom passed from cancer when I was 16, and my dad ( the only person ive ever been extremely close to, the true definition of a "ride or die" & a true godsend) passed away May 17th of last year. The reason why your story hit so close to home with me is that even at a young age I knew how much wisdom and power my dad's carry with him and that knowledge and Power really shined through every little thing he did. The older I became especially within those last few years I got with him is when I really started to understand what's such power that my dad so effortlessly carried around with him day in & day out. The best way to put it is that my dad was and still is absolutely legendary.. not only to myself, but also to everyone who knew him. I swear it's the man didn't even have to say one word... all you have to do is sit back and watch how he operated I promise you you would be astonished how much wisdom you could gain from him without him having spoken the first word.

Numbers have been in my face for MONTHS. This was really helpful not only for understanding those numbers but also understanding tarot more as I’m a tarot reader. One thing I’m trying to understand more in my journey is how to align with my higher self. I’m told that I fight with my higher self on a daily basis. I’m doing everything I can to fix that. I finally had the time or took the time to watch this last night and when I left my house today I received a document with 555. And recognized it.
I’m an HSP, and I’ve read that we start at the top of Maslow’s hierarchy, which is partly why surviving in our culture is more of a struggle for us.

Ohhhh I am LOVING this video. I had to stop it for a sec just after you explained what 333 means because this image came to me that I wanted to share. You know when you are using the Maps app in the car and you make a wrong turn and you stop and turn the car around and THEN the voice on the app says, "Proceed to the route"? That's how I'll always remember what 333 means when I see it: "proceed to the route." Hahaha...i love it!

WOW 🤩 Thank you, my Spiritual Guides Thank you Mary Jo ~ although II have been learning from you for some years now; I am so very thankful that tonight I was provided with this video for the first time. There were so many lessons that were clear to me.. in just the last 39 minutes. It once felt so secure in my spiritual growth, seemed I had reached a higher vibration however; this sense of abundance quickly tumbled down to the lowest vibration. The lowest vibration I have ever felt, and I felt every single moment, day, second since losing a significant other of 25 years and my young children’s father- and yes I knew where I was spiritually and I can admit where I was. I felt so cheated; I felt my children were cheating, that their father was cheating of what I thought was pathway to abundance. I see now I’ve been walking in a haze for the past year. I have many more steps of growth but, my journey has begun. The many lessons I will receive and many lessons I will share have just regained solid ground 😇 🙏 I will forever be grateful for the lessons you have share with me.
