I’m learning to listen to my guides. I see number patterns constantly. I’ve been dreaming dreams that sometimes feel more real than life. I’ve been moving old pain through, crying a lot for no reason, learning to let go. It feels lighter when I do. I feel lighter. My heart has been sore for so long, I’m learning to listen to and honour her.

I am from Greece. Julie is my name. I found you last August and over the time It feels like home when I listen to you. I began with my pendulum to speak to them and through my dreams. Lately I hear them inside me like an inner voice. It's going to take time but still I am going forward. Everyone close to me husband family says I'm changed. Well I am. I dived so deep I will continue. Everything I said from my childhood bits and pieces of information came together like memories and EVERYTHING makes sense now. It like Plato s myth of the cave. Anybody else gets tons of ads on mobile? I love watching MJ's videos; on my computer, no issues. But on the phone (android) every couple of minutes the video is interrupted by ads.

Really great message, MJ.... Holding your Heart is so Important especially when you are taken into the Inner Esoteric/Gnostic Realms.... Yes!!! I can't stop thinking of 1000 things at once staying focused when I meditate. But I see signs that pop out every day that make me stop and think. Trying the "how do I feel" when they happen like you talked about before. Hoping it helps open me up more to recognize and receiving. #TeamLeo 💗

Monkeymind, well don't spank the monkey! When you drift away in meditation just be aware of it and bring yourself back without getting frustrated or angry. A very good strategy is to ask your mind for the next thought it will present and focus upon that. Then catch the thought as quickly as you can. Thank your mind for it and say you don't want this right now and start all over again. Another great strategy is to concentrate real hard on one single thing and really hold a clear focus. First time I did this I focused on my fingertips, one hand at the time, and the tingling sensations that this focus created. This is a very good way to train your ability to focus over time. So don't be too hard on yourself if you can't hold it for very long in the beginning.
Always bring it back to the breathe ✨️ and it always works and eventually you won't have monkey mind at all.
I get messages from TV, books ,when I see birds, my computer often leads me to what I am searching for, that is how I found you MJ...Thanks so much I feel richly bless to have you in my life !!! HUGS stay safe...

I met a very sensitive person at work and suddenly started having messages through songs. I've fallen in love with him. I don't know if my love will be corresponded. At first it seemed to me that he also glowed from the inside out. We haven't talked about feelings. It's something so new and we both try to be concentrated on work. I had vivid dreams (tarot cards showing 10 of cups twice and a rainbow connecting them; once I had to take care of a baby) ...
Very often I get the song messages (usually refrains) when I'm brushing my teeth, walking or doing simple things.
I'm usually on the Internet so those moments of peace are quite rare.
Some years ago I received strong messages but then I didn't know how to deal with them and with my intuition.

I utilized the "blue umbrella" approach and I asked my guides to send me a Buddy Holly symbol to confirm the friend in my life is twin flame. I asked around 8 in the morning and then at 10 am Buddy Holly albums came up on TH-cam. I haven't listened to Buddy Holly since the 1970s. 💜🙂

Puzzle pieces. It doesn’t come to you all at once. Sometimes you have to put it together. A lot of aha moments. So right MJ it can’t be thought it has to be felt. Living in the now helps to get those aha moments. Living in the past or trying to think ahead causes stress. Stress is not compatible with Spirit.
These past few weeks when i watch your readings my hands have instinctively gone to my heart when part of the reading resonates with me and i absolutely love this sorta confirmation🤗

I just had to comment. Just before I found this video, I was researching my Chiron, house and sign. To then open TH-cam and have this video pop up, that’s 2 years old! It’s just amazing. I was just saying to myself after reading the articles, “I still don’t know what that means for me”… and the universe gave me a way to find out. #4… Just ask!!!

I love your blue umbrella story, I heard you talk about it in another video and I used it... it works! I asked to see a surfboard if ‘he’ is my person ...it’s winter in New England, not much chance of running into a surfboard! Well, I saw one in a random ad on tv, surfboard on a shirt... I almost missed it and would have if I wasn’t paying attention... I literally heard ‘look at the shirt!’ ... key here (for me) was to not look for the ‘thing’... don’t expect it, cuz then you won’t see it... I didn’t see the surfboard until about a week or so after I asked... it wasn’t until I stopped looking for it that I saw it 🦋

Oh dang!!!! I wish I could attach a picture!!! I must have listened to this on 1/31/21! Whenever an old video pops into my feed, I check the date and go back to my photo album on that day to see what I was doing. And on this day I was at brunch and took a pic of a bunch of red patio umbrellas leaning against the wall of the restaurant, and in the middle was one BLUE UMBRELLA!!!! Of course, Albert Einstein has appeared in my day three different times so far today, so I had popped on to TH-cam to find one of his energy videos and this video was sitting there, waiting for me. Sometimes we already know the answer to our own questions, we just want validation.
For me when I feel spirit/ guides are around I get like a hot flush & im past the menopause stage, the hot flush last about a minute maybe 30 seconds.
Maybe I should ask who it is when I feel hot.
Sometimes when I cough I sound exactly like my mum, so for me I know my mum is here.

Mine is and has always been from a very young age is anything wizard of oz. that’s one of the reasons I continued to watch you because one of the first or maybe first readings had a wizard of oz reference.. I am very intrigued by you putting your hand on your heart chakra because when I am absolutely heartbroken I HAVE to “hold” my heart which is placing my hands on my heart. It calms me down so much and even more when my mom or dad places their hand there. I guess I know why it works now. My mom told me once that if I ever missed her or was sad to place my own hand on my forehead and that would be her because I am made from her so essentially my hand is also her hand and also my grandmothers ect ect. I don't know how it works but when I want to know something i just clear my mind and wait for answer. Sometimes it come in word. Sometimes it comes as an Immagination (I don't create it but it comes as a movie).
These move then make sense to me after it manufested!
Now I realise that anything that comes in my mind that I am not actively imaging should be something to do with my intuition or inner knowing of the future events to come.

Hugely helpful, MJ. Roger on the number/meaning googling. It’s always been difficult to figure out how it relates to me, but I now realize that the meditation was truly the missing link. I’m new to it (meditation) and am making it a practice. After a couple of your vids last week and now this one, I’ve been sent very clear messages through meditation ...one being that that time is basically opening my mind up to receiving mode from spirit. Now when I see/hear signs....mainly the names of my Spirit Guides....it’s no longer a, ‘neato they’re with me!’ But more a ‘Yo, we have a message. Park it and meditate so we can send it. Please and thank you.’ I played a little game to see if THATS what their intent has been and yowza did that happen quickly. Total palm to forehead moment. 😂

You prob won't see this but........I asked my Spirit Guide(s) to give me a sign-----I said put the dove (it's a dove that hangs around) on the bottom branch of the tree outside my window. While I was listening to your "Are you asking the Right Questions" video, today, June 2, 2022, that Dove landed on that branch. Ok, I'm getting Chills again just thinking about it. That dove hasn't sat on that branch in MONTHS. Recently I thought it was gone and then yesterday I heard it coo (telling me to meditate--that I know is what it's telling me cuz it goes away after I do and not UNTIL I do, lol) But it hasn't sat on that branch in Months! Thank you for this. Ive had 3 days of hell inside me. I lowered myself in an argument and then decided to stay in that space. 3 days. Knowing i hate it there but choosing to create a tornado of anger inside myself. I tried ringing my mum to talk to, she didnt answer my calls. Now i understand why. ❤ this video! Tried your confirmation 2.0 today ... I wanted to confirm my intuition, especially because I was feeling everything and everybody I spoke to, were questioning my intuition. So I ask for a black cat. There are none on my street, so I though that was a safe/clear request. So I'm minful this was requested when I woke up. So I go about my day, aware that I'm looking for that confirmation ... and in mid-day, I start looking at a video and here is that black cat, for a full 30 sec ... I just start laughing in glee 😆😆😆
