You don't really notice this when you just watching the show but with a compilation like this it shows how much Weiss and Ruby protect each other. Also Weiss has saved Ruby more.
fun fact: in one episode of _RWBY Chibi,_ Ruby has her team act out a play she wrote, and the part she wrote for Weiss involves saving Ruby's character from danger (when Blake tries to point out the plot hole it creates, Ruby abruptly changes the subject)
these two are so sweet!! even if crwby doesnt take their relationship in a romantic direction, i still really love how close they've become over the course of the show and how often they look out for each other.
