If you do an analysis of how their relationship has grown their is no way that you could not conclude that Weiss is in love with Ruby. From the fact that out of everyone she can read Ruby the most, is more in tune with Ruby out of anyone, is always there for Ruby, is devoted to Ruby's cause and throws her that exclusive soft smile at Ruby any time she gets no friend looks at another friend the way Weiss looks at Ruby. Ruby is the only person she lets her guard down with. Ruby and Weiss are so in sync you'd think they were communicating telepathically. Theirs is a relationship that has been cultivated over time and is hands down the strongest duo in the show I could easily see them ending up together and it would be a beautiful fairytale kind of love.

Weiss is the first to volunteer to take a hit for ruby and the last one to disobey any order Weiss has complete faith in ruby and trust her with her life that's something that is undoubtedly true Not only that but in the episode with the apathy weiss was the last one to give in to them and when she did she completely forgot about the apathy and only wanted to reassure ruby that she'd see it till the end Also I think that if weiss ever gave up on ruby it was shatter her because unlike when yang or blake doubt her she's composed but when weiss doubts her she falters
