They looked down at me when I said I fully built Luka (E6), now who's laughing Noticed this quirk myself, sadly I lack the Ruan Mei so I'm stuck around 150K~ ish Still love the damage output for a 4* unit
@@bluesage4329 e0 will lack quite the damage, so you need to rely on Break Effect, sets are as classic as they can be, 2 break effect piece, 2 cowboy damage piece, aim as much Break Effect (and speed) as you can, with attack % as a bonus

i figured this out already basically look out for any "attack extension" this includes attacks that are outright mentioned in their kit to be split into seperate individual attacks usually its mentioned, but if its not just look out points of where the character decreases toughness
@@Gloomy783 boothill adds physical weakness and they both do insane break so any enemy would guaranteed to be weakness broken before their turn if u build them right
Super break meta will be a disaster for the game. In the begging a lot of people will like it because mow healers are doing 150k but then everyone will realize most of roster who doesn't scale with break become obsolete. Then new enemies will be balanced with said break in mind and then new non break umits will come out with those enemies in mind. Gotta love hoyo
It's still balanced because: 1- You pretty much won't deal damage until the enemy's toughness bars are depleted, a thing that takes a couple of turns to do. 2- You still need to spend resources and time to farm for specific relics and characters that amp break damage, or benefit from it. 3- There's enemies that disable the toughness bar mechanic, and they will probably add more in the future. I'd say it's almost on par with other playstyles, since it has both advantages and disadvantages. The only way I can see break damage ever becoming meta, is by either adding more characters that enable (or buff) super break, or by adding characters that can deal break damage while completely ignoring the toughness bar. Until then, it just feels like 1.0's """""break meta""""" all over again, but a bit upgraded.

When I realise that Boothill could also use this 💀
and it’s even better with Sampo

If it breaks on the second last hit instead of the first, will there be less super break damage?
very useful thanks!
I’ve been saying Luka is going to shine with new HTB and even with Boothill. Watch his tier rating go down A or S soon lol
