Koolaire by Manitowoc Ice Modular Cleaning

Hello and welcome to Manitowoc Ice service training center here in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We are going to show you the procedures for de-scaling and sanitizing a Koolaire Modular ice machine. This de-scaling and sanitizing procedure will be the same for current Koolaire Modular models.

Great video, but you forgot to run a brush up from the pump into the water supply line. You would be surprised what is lurking in there even after running clear through the system.

You'd be surprised what's behind the evaporator plate even more! You need a hot hose, on a good nozzel to get up there.

I can't take off the lid to the ice dispenser area. Anyone help? There are 2 nubs that prevent me from taking them out cause they're in between 2 sections if that makes sense. It's the part at 3:40
