So you introduce both products at the same time (you put the machine in the cleaner mode and you introduce the ice machine cleaner and the sanitizer in the water canal)?
My ice machine produce a half part of the ice that may produce per day! Do you know why? I know it is old but if there is something to do i will apreciatte it!
I have a qyo454a have to call a guy out every month it will stop making ice. put a new ice thickness probe last few times it was just turned off and back on and it worked. I cleaned it all and restarted bottom seems like it's trying to make ice middle to top is not freezing
What are those clips or latches called? The one clip that attaches the water curtain? I have no idea how to fix that:/ I accidentally broke one off.. .-.

I wouldn't bend the plastic tabs. Bend the ice shield towards you. A busted door is a lot cheaper to replace than busted plastic tabs. (this showed up in my "new" filter. Disregard)
Hmm so the CLEANER is nickle safe, but what about the SANITIZER? I have some Nu-Calgon Nickle Safe Cleaner part no. 4287-34 and some Nu-Calgon IMS-III part no. 4211-34. Is the IMS-III ok to run through a Manitowoc NEO ice machine? Thanks!
BlackHawkPSU This is Ben with capital equipment you want to us Manitowoc ice machine cleaner and Sanitizer only some nickel safe ice machine cleaners can be used but I'm telling you its way harsher on the Manitowoc evaporate most nickel safe cleaner is great for hoshizaki ice machine's because the evaporators a flat cleaner doesn't stick as easy to the evaporator

Use a water filter that uses ISO-Net technology to help prevent lime and mineral build up. 2. Air trapped in the cubes. This offer comes from air trapped in the water line or from a machine leak. Make sure you don’t have any leaks in your connects. Make sure the incoming water line has been “bled” of any trapped air in the lines. 3. If you continue to have issues, a service call to an authorized service agent made be in order.

Clean the machine and that will help in a day or two.
There is an airfilter in the back of the machine that needs to be periodically changed as well.
