Thanks for the video I just fixed this problem on Friday late afternoon 5:15 pm

Just did a continuity test on the probe and none of them have any continuity with any of the pins, and the little black silicone that cover the wire is falling off the top of the top of the part it wraps around at the bottom. Replaced the probe but it’s still not working right. It tried to make ice but they were hollow. The probe is very loose and wiggles and spins freely even after the click, so I’m wondering if it’s the holder being bad that’s causing it now. These machines are so frustrating. I don’t wanna order the new holder and have it be something else causing it, because the holder is like $100+

good day i has a manitowoc ice machine it drop ice then going into long harvest then after turning in off and on it makes ice then drop, then goes back into long harvest. i replace the ice thickness probe , the board and the problem still exist i check the curtain switch its ok. So after turn it off and on it drop ice, then the second drop dont happen it goes in long harvest, and after turn it off and on the same process repeat

Does the water pump plug in only one way or is it universal with ground being in the center

Seasonal facility restart. 1st Gen Indigo cuber on a huge Klopenberg bin. Never had a bin level switch. On restart, now seeing on display "Prog Mode / Bin Level." Will look up reset default setting. Probably not a bad idea to add a bin switch as the flapper that prevents ice from pouring out the bin overnight has vanished!

How would you route the wire if it is a remote unit and the other knockout is being used for power up to the condenser?
