      It's not about the actual content - it's about the tone and "personal incredulity". In that example, Tim mocks Richards belief through vague comparison and sarcasm. The video doesn't actually say one way or the other what our personal beliefs are regarding evolution. Just that someone may use that method to challenge your beliefs and to position theirs as fact. In the same way that you've applied both strawman and personal incredulity in order to position your beliefs over what you thought ours were and threatened to stop watching unless we personally agree with you...so at least our content is accurate. Appreciate your thoughts either way.
