I have the larger original on the fabric single pass NATO. Absolutely love it. I think it's great value too. The dial is flawless and the finishing excellent. Bulova watches seem expensive on first glance but they are superbly well made
I posted up about getting one of these on budget watch group the other day and got loads of responses. I ended up going for the traditional black with two straps like this one. Even though it's smaller than the original release it's still wears quite big but 43 is more manageable. They are a tad expensive and I was in two minds about spending £500 on a quartz but once in hand you can really appreciate the quality and details. I had mine on the bracelet for a while and then swapped to the strap which looks and feels great. One thing to note is the chrono hands can be aligned independently, mine was way out and is now perfect.
@@S-Ltd1000 hey dude yup I was surprised as well that so many responding to your post were all owners and had good things to say about this one, I took was taken aback by how well made these are 😋😎👍
Genius pound for pound probably the best watch you can buy for your money, especially on discount. There's no equal, back story, company name the whole ish and caboodle. (I'm stuck on my 15 minute epic of the whole range to this piece). Nice work though, best Anthony
That intro pic is basically me on some days haha! Oh man what a beauty! I love the Lunar Pilot. I think you are right. The 43mm might be a tad large. Bulova really feels like the poor mans Grand Seiko. 262hz movements are fantastic! I like the bracelet but that clasp is not for me. I do like the leather band! Thank you for sharing and have a great weekend!
Absolutely gorgeous looking watch! Very handsome, reliable & accurate time keeping. I love the heritage but not the size unfortunately ☹️ A little too big for me which is a massive shame otherwise I would’ve been very tempted!
Fantastic "review-y goodness". Extremely desirable watch, despite the justified gripes about bracelet and strap. Had me reaching almost instantly for my PD-1701 v3. I know... Shameful, but rubs that itch!
Damn butterfly. Top of my list anyway. I don't mind the price; you get watch from solid brand and bit of history, in addition to (presumably) excellent watch.
@@Paffi135 gdday Paffi thanks bud and yeah the flutter bye clasps ain't ny favourite either, have a look on ebay if this one is of interest 😜 welcome to the channel 😎👍
I worry about your mental health dude... Second watch, in a little while, that has a sub hand that goes around like nuts! Are you ok? Is your daughter stressing you lately? Much talk? Many questions? Why this and why that? Middle age crisis? Talk... we're friends... 😜😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Cheers Duncan, thanks for the review. PS Even "smaller", won't fit my wrist. Or to be correct, my wrist won't fit this... (oh, it's a chrono too... damn! LOL)
Hi my friend, great review..may i ask a question please.. does the chronograph works if the battery dies , I got mine and for 40 minutes work and then the second hand stops but the chrono worked,i send it back to the store that i bought it so to send the Watch to the official agency to fix it,i got unlucky with this one
thanks bud and that does seem strange, these aren't mecaquartzes so if the battery dies the whole thing should stop, will be interesting to see what they say, they may just replace the battery and movement for you, keep me posted please and hope they fix it!!
