If these 55+ parks would start allowing people under 55 it would sure help a lot. I could purchase a mobile home in any park, but the problem is I have a 31 year old son that’s epileptic that I care for, that needs to live with me. He also helps me myself get around because I don’t wanna live alone any longer and I don’t want to drive alone. I am 62 on Social Security and pension. So if these parks would look at a person situation and analyze the situation and see why they would need someone under 55, and then base that off the information, that would help tremendously for people, purchasing or renting in 55+. It needs to be on a one on one basis of information. And I’m rarely finding anything Available.
