This is stunning Rassel!! 3 bedroom in 7x8... only YOU can do it!!
The space distribution is "magnifique", there is such harmony in the house, clean and airy... the colour palette very neutral throughout, natural fabrics have been implemented and i loved the marble top choice having a touch of cream that blends perfectly with the rest of the house. Everything flaws naturally.
The wall behind the tv in the sittingroom, with neutral colour brick like design is so modern and at the same time homely... loved it! It feels to me like I see more of the oak on the floor this time, and the wodden colour of the windows, stairs, are keeping a harmonious and complementary shade. It all breathes "nature" to me and there is nothing I love more than that!
The metal incorporated in the design of the staircase is very fresh, I loved the previous' house design too, it was more stylish whereas this is more minimalist, but they are both gorgeous. I noticed the washing machine being hidden ;) that makes the place look bigger too keeping the harmony and smooth fresh white and wood combo through the house.
The touch of having the 3 ceiling lamps (beautiful by the way, ) hanging from the wooden beam is a touch I love as it evokes the pendant flowers we find in nature.

Please make a design which has a master bedroom in small space
The lay out of this house is beautiful. There's a few things I would change is the bedroom right next to the stairs needs to be a little bigger to fit a desk. It is possible to go out on the balcony to study, but depends on the weather. I would love more storage areas, especially in the garage area for ladders, outdoor equipment, etc.

This one is absolute perfection! A large, calm, welcoming living room; a kitchen with plenty of workspace; a washing machine that's accessible yet discretely tucked away behind doors; three bedrooms with plenty of closet space; the lovely little balcony off of the master (?) bedroom (with the delightfully whimsical little table); and the amazing outdoor living room above the carport!
I don't know how you manage to do it week after week, but I feel like saying a "shekhiyanu" (a Jewish prayer said on witnessing a miracle - like a rainbow - or something beautiful) when I see what you are able to create. Bless you!

Very pretty but it is not small house.
I love it. If I am being picky, I'd say the only thing that I would do differently is not have the carport so open to the wind and elements. I'd have walls at the back and side and made it more into a garage because not everyone who builds from this plan lives in nice weather. However I really liked the way you lay out the rooms with cupboards and two of the rooms being capable of a small office area as well. The master was impressive with the small balcony for having coffees on watching the scenery or sunsets. Nice. Well done.

I'd change that car port into a sun room.

Your floor plans are great... I love this new floor plan of yours... Almost perfected the dream house I have in mind ... Mine is a small house with a small guest room downstairs that can also be used as home office/study, And three bedrooms upstairs, (Master's and 2 kids rooms) with 2 toilet and bath (1 in the main floor and 1 t&b in the second floor)...
But your every idea is superb

Dibelakang rumah ada kolam renang kecil, taman dan gudang

Most of your designs are very nice, well done, you try to maximized all the spaces, the colors are also classy, and putting all those cabinets are really a big factor for a small space, “BUT”, I’ve noticed your bathrooms, (up and down), there’s nothing to keep the water from flowing, I don’t know how you call it, walang harang man lang, or the flooring is slightly lower in the shower part, pls let me know? And thank you for sharing your beautiful lay out/floor plan for a small lot. How much is the plan? God bless

Hi, your designs are great. I like this one with loft, the living room looks really good with high ceiling. Can you make one without the garage, same with loft and 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. If possible a little bigger dining with dirty kitchen. 70sqm house area.

Graphic illustrations are nice, but a fully constructed model with live people inside would give a better perspective on scale and space.
i love the concept, but for me the terrace is negative.. prone to rain water splashes. maybe half of the area or worse the whole. not to down thiz dezign Sir..
