People in mobile home parks are getting priced out of their paid off homes by the increased lot rents. What was once a few hundred is now going to thousand and up. Don’t do it! And dont put a singe wide or buy a single wide on land, you will never be able o resell it as mortgages are not allowed on single wides/land, has to be at least a double wide my lot ret has risen $300 in the past 4 years. No debt at all and i am looking at the possibility of losing it with just SS

Like the use of blue tarps in the park they are asking to much for the trailer house.

Reasonable lot rent which makes it affordable seasonal or year round.

Not interested in park living and land lease. Only interested in mobiles that can be moved.

nice home but i would never pay$ 47,000 dollars for a house that was built in 1972. i would say$ 30, 000 dollars would be about right. also how old is the roof, how old is the AC, and the electrical system and water heater. not enough info on this house.

There is really only one flaw in this design. Neither bedroom has an uninterrupted wall for the bed. With the master vedroom i would move the walk in closet to the bathroom side, taking the bedroom out to the back wall of the existing closet. Put the door to the new closet on the side, forming an alcove entrance to the en suite. That way there are walls that can be used without blocking windows.

I think that's great for 40,000

Horrible place

Carpet is a horrible color. Tear it out and put in vinyl wood floors. Great for someone who doesn’t have much money.
