Not sure if I like Dominion or Nightmare set the most but the damage is very similar. Going to play 6 Nightmare next week.
Playing with Keen Blunt instead of Adrenaline because I have a crit synergy.

It's okay but cursed doll is better than kbw

I did that exact build and i regret it. I hate cursed doll but unfortunately it is way better for this build (ilvl 1610, 1789 spec, weap +20).
Looking at some charts i found out that kbw has a 11-12% efficiency. while cursed doll is a solid 15-16

if team team dont have another weakness exposure,can not use Adrenaline?

Adrenaline is better if you dont play with a crit synergy class
