Insane gameplay you have there! Your card reading reflex is crazy fast, saw you instant use a cull at @4:15 midway through your judgement and still got squeeze in a cull empowered FOAK and SG before judgement ended
Balance card + stream seems like a really nice combo for only using 1 builder skill to use ruin right away. Was wondering how the fk were you anticipating 4 stack and casting ruin so fast until I realized you were doing it with balance
I've switched to emperor 4 months ago when I was playing empress since March 2023 and oh man with the scratch dealer changes and your stream build it really makes me want to go back and try it. I mainly switched cause emperor is much easier to play for me so I tunnel much less while raiding. Also was much easier to hit boundless and stay in boundless with emperor. And wasn't a fan of how small of a hitbox spiral edge has
Found myself only able to play well with empress on days I slept really well and was well caffeinated else wise doing meh dps or getting knocked to floor slot so late night homework raids wasnt fun. (Though this is slightly similar for emperor but less punishing when I'm tired for card management compared to empress)
What are your thoughts now on empress with the scratch change? I remember you posting in the arcana discord that stream is really difficult to play compared to 332 and 440. Worth getting some accessories and lvl 7 gems to try messing around with? (Tho rotation is probably shit unless it's 9's and 10's CD gems)

The scratch dealer change was a very nice QoL for all empress builds and it definitely made the class feel faster and better overall
I agree that empress is harder to play because we have to be very close to the boss most of the time and one knockdown messes up our boundless. The card combos are also harder and you need to react fast, so I only recommend playing empress if you actually enjoy the playstyle

You can play all empress builds with level 7 gems so you should try them all and see which one you like the most! Both 440 builds and 242 are close in damage so just go for the more fun one
