[Lost Ark] Evoke Empress Echidna Gate 2 NM 23% (No Elixirs)

Noticed that I forgot to update my elixirs on this preset and I also didn't have any tripods on evoke...
This build actually feels really good to play in echidna. Will try it on my main next week!

Def gonna try this build on echidna next week. My empress arcana currently sitting on all level 9 gems, how big of a difference would it make if I got level 10 dmg gems on rain and sg? Currently saving up silver so I can reroll lvl 10 gems, and just wanted your opinion. She is my 2nd main after Gunslinger.

Do it! Really fun build with a lot of card draw
Rain and garden do around 60% of the damage and going from level 9 to 10 is a 7.7% increase.
Should be 4.5% more damage
