[Lost Ark] 1635 Stream Empress - 42.6m Thaemine Gate 3 Bus (50m possible with better gear and sup)

Stream uptime is shown as 57% on the logs and it's very low because I used judgment + cull + atros a few times in this run. Just a single cull + judgment combo lowers the uptime by about 5-10%, because there's no reason to have stream active during the combo.
The usual uptime is 70-75% but it changes depending on the cull draw rate.
Would do around 50m dps if I had 9/7, max transcendence and better support uptime. I think the build is going to be on the same tier as breakers and blades after we get the latest KR nerfs

This looks insanely strong. I truly fancy this build! Very interesting. A spec class with mass increase. I think I may switch from emperor ( I always liked empress a bit more either way). And also is very cool how you run swift neck.
Obviously you're extremely good at this class to make her look like this but gotta start somewhere XD Will be swtiching soon. Thank you for the info! One last thing, crit or master elixir set? Thanks again for this showcase sir!

Move speed penalty doesnt effect raid captain at all because we have a permanent +30% increase from the blue stackers

Hey, great video as always. Does it make sense to hold celestial rain for 2-3 seconds (instead send something else) to align with stream of edge as general rule? Or should i send it immediately i have it ready?

I think its best to send it off cooldown because the crit rate is pretty high even without stream

@@ThePrytz Thanks, I also see you holding stream here and there, mostly when you use Cull to not overlap the crit rate I assume. Is there any other case when you want to hold the stream (besides having a balance card or WoF ready)?

The evoke build is very fun but I still like the extra swift and higher apm from this build more
