On the front tie rods, instead of bending the metal, you could make the angle work in the print, then just use a straight threaded rod out. Take the one you have an take a photo of it, then design it in cad based off the final angles.

Very cool not a big fan of 3d printed RCs they never look as good but this one actually looks good! Think switching the front drives is a good idea. Loving the rims are you fitting the Focus shell these rims will suit that car perfectly!
