  • This case study is an excellent example of a time when gaining weight was what was best for this person’s health.

Such an amazing video! I just started an unlimited calorie challenge on my channel to see if my fears really do come true when I eat more and to my surprise I'm not gaining that much weight at all!! I would do all the things that you said this person do and I hated feeling full. But since embarking on my new experiment I have gained some weight - but now I have mental freedom so gaining weight was so worth it. I'm eating around 3k calories a day now and feel a lot better!! Great video! Love from Hollywood! 🤗🥰👍👍👍❤❤❤💕💕💕

Does the higher the number of years with an ED likely increase a longer treatment time period/RD appointments?

From experience, after 20 years of having an Ed, I did find that to be true, but recovery is still absolutely possible!
