    Thank you Rod! Great Video and I appreciate you showing another place to stay. I have always wanted to go to Cebu but as far as I have been is Manila.

    Mind blowing beautiful hotel, great staff very elegant, imho 5 star rating. I believe pool is on the 21st floor. The twilight bar is on the 23rd and the executive lounge is on the same floor. Loved it!

    WOW! A really nice hotel. Loved the bathroom. WOAH! great pool and bar... loved that lounging furniture they had, looks comfy. The gym is amazing. Totally giving this hotel a 5 stars even though I haven't stay there yet. hehehe! Rod, I gotta asked you this, are you thinking of working as a full or part time real state agent gear towards expat? Awesome vid and thanks for sharing Rod.

      It is a very nice hotel Malou. No, I am not a real estate broker. I am more of a nonprofit person except for the few bucks I earn from youtube. LOL. I enjoy visiting and learning about the many condos, hotels, and resorts. Maybe I will write a book someday.

    It will be interesting to stay there at the dai hotel in 2 weeks ... with the coronavirus restrictions
    Need to stay 2 nights ... before hopefully finally being able to fly out of Cebu City
    The Roof bar was a great bar - with excellent views.... however it’s still closed because of coronavirus restrictions .... nevertheless the pool bar is still open

    Great videoing Rod, we stayed at Kiwilodge a few days ago. It has changed hands, and the new owner has done extensive modifications to the bar restaurant area, which has transformed it from the people friendly open aired place it used to be to something kind of restricted. It did not please me Rod, now I'm looking for an affordable alternative, which is not up in the sky. Regards, Bob Wilson New Zealand. Currently in Cebu.

      I stopped in there a couple times during construction and after it has been finished. It does offer a different look and feel. Some people don't like it while others appreciate the air-conditioned space. Thanks for watching and sharing your experience Bob.

    Hey Rod... we drove by this place a few nights ago and it looked like there's a disco/night club on the top floor? Or maybe it was the pool area lighting up in different colors? Btw, this is Jason...long time sub of yours. Fresh to Cebu a couple of weeks ago. Thanks for your videos...been a big help👍

      @AmazingPhilippines1  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Room sizes in condos and hotels seem to have gotten a lot smaller here in the last 7 years with the building boom trying to "fit more people into the same square footage."
      It is a nice place though. Thanks for watching Shineamen.

    Saw that the rooms were in the 80 plus usd and up which sounds fair for a 5-Star hotel. Can u walk in off the street and dine at the restaurant ? Seems like a lot of restaurants for just hotel guest. Great tour Rod, thanx !

    Would you say better than Waterfont? It cost more that's for sure and Waterfront rooms (at least the one I had) are bigger than all three. Water front about 4100 ph as of today and Bia about 5200

      It seems the cities/developers in the Philippines started downsizing rooms and condos several years ago to "fit more people into the same area" is what I have been told. Asians often are used to smaller spaces as well I have been told.
