BIG Model Airliner Build, Oh My! Design, Engineering, Construction, 3D Printing

Building a model wood framed L-1011 RC airliner, designed from scratch using Fusion 360 CAD modeling. Woodworking with 3 mm Baltic birch plywood cut on a laser CNC machine.
Carbon fiber parts molded from 3D printed mold patterns. Processed used was wet layup lamination. brackets and mounts are 3D printed from nylon carbon fiber composite filament called NylonX sourced from ‪@MatterHackers‬
