The drag tubes (here called sail/anti sail tubes) are terrible in design; look at the wing root and tip - they should intersect with the spar centerline. Instead they connect halfway down that small square tube. The loads in here can approach hundreds of pounds if not more, that tube is just going to bend. None of the joints really intersect with the spar; this will results in the attachments bending. But hey, since nobody got killed yet, it's fine, right? No. It's not.
This is great, but the wooden aircraft like the USA built P-38 Lightning had a small radar signature and could get up over 400 mph in a pinch. We should be making lots of them out of cardboard and lightweight LP gas engines like indoor forklifts. It carries 2,000 lbs of bombs and 4 machine guns and 4 light cannons. What a drone they would make.. take 2 bombs off and put 4 mavericks or something else on for the air to air.
Great video! Thanks!
Isn't aluminum twice the weight of carbon fiber? How do you save only 5lb out of 25lb per Wing when using carbon fiber instead of aluminum?
Which type of materials you are using to prepare a wing.aluminium or steel.or etc
it looks like welded steel
For the preparation of a air craft.totally u guys are using aluminium or steel.to finish a air craft.can u guys give me reply

Are you saying that the spar should be longer toward the root ? So it can be better attached to the fuselage?
what is the diameter of the aluminium spar?

its teach me alot about wing
Why such primitive wing designs?
