Emilia Sama we use t7000 or b7000, industrial glue to seal properly the device; also is important if the back cover is the original one or you have to replace it with a new spare part! Best regards
My Mi Mix 2s has no audio at all from anywhere and the Mic isn't working either, I plug in a headphone with the USB adapter and that does not work either.
