  • Decided to do a three day solo ride in regional NSW. From Sutton to Wagga Wagga, to Orange and return to Sutton. In Australia, we don’t have those amazing high altitude passes of southern Europe or the spectacular scenery of New Zealand or Canada. What we do have is a lack of traffic on our regional roads. On this trip I rode some magnificent roads through some beautiful countryside with almost NO traffic at all. A great opportunity to really stretch the legs! Take care, happy riding!.

Nice job. Those yellow lines are so much more visable... Let's hope that all of Australia adopts this colour.

Loving your videos. So want to get back on the road once the epidemic is over. Even a sprint down to Canberra and back to Sydney would be great....
Glad to see you stopped in Junee. My Mum's cousin's family owns the Monte Christo historic homestead there. Must pop in there one day....

Thanks Robert and Maria, Same for me, between recovering from an injury and the lock down, I'm so looking forward to doing some amazing rides. Check out my comments in the Discussion section on my channel page. Also, If you are planning for a ride down to Canberra, suggest you head west out of Sydney and go through Mount Victoria then head towards Oberon, Taralga and Crookwell. Some of the BEST roads to ride!

Hi. Just found your channel, enjoyed your video.l have had the pleasure of riding those roads and will certainly ride them again. I try to ride as many roads in N.S.W & VICTORIA as I can. The country is beautiful. I am just starting to video my rides, when I feel confident that I can produce a good video and learn how to edit properly I will start to post. Thanks again 👍

Thank you LJ Rider. Yes the roads of Southern NSW and Northern Victoria are superb. My favourites are those of the alpine regions. Let me know when you publish your first video!!

Loving this channel . I am at work in outback North Western Qld yet I’m taken away . Is it just me or does the edit induce meditation ? Excellent job. Keep the rubber side down 🕺☮️

Thanks Adam, I would like to think that both my filming and editing have come a long way since I started this channel. I think the music selection is very important as well. I've bought a drone now so will look to incorporate some of that footage as well.

Great Video and fantastic scenery, I'm heading down to the snowy Mountains this weekend for the Steve Waters Fundraiser and doing a bit of recording. which model Gopro are you using?

Hi. All 3 GoPro cameras are Hero 7 Black. I also use a remote controller for each camera. Like many other moto vloggers, not completely happy with them. From the GoPro 5 onwards, they all suffer from overheating and just lock up. Just got back from a long trip and missed out on a lot of footage because of this. However, when you look at key requirements like size, mounting options, remote controll etc, there are not many alternatives. Battery life is also an issue.

Thanks for your reply Brad, I'm currently using the silver Hero 4, it hasn't got the stability setting and wondering if its worth updating my model.

If think it is worth it. Their image stabilisation is one good thing they do. Just be aware of the size change in latest models. It might be an issue depending where you mount it.
