Dude, thank you for this video. I’ve been waiting for someone to do a wear update on how 85 models hold up after wearing them. I wanna know if the material is gonna break in and it looks like it will from what you’ve shown. I just bought a pair and got them in and I’m super happy with them. But I might hold off wearing them until a year or two because I don’t like rocking new things when it just released 🤣 also you think you can do a wear update in 6 months to a year? Looks like this model will look just like the 1985 ones in 20+ years which is good 😄

When do you think they’ll re retro the Chicago’s? And will the next retro of them be an 85’ version like these neutral greys? Also how much you think the Chicago’s would be going for resell after release? These greys were 550-700 cad. Also ppl say going half a size up in 85’ is the way. Nice video !

Pull out a crisp pair in 5-6 years
Certainly manage your expectations with these 85 cuts as some will not like the leather, board last and stifness, but like said, stick with them, they do break in like nice shoes or boots
I got so lucky because my pair felt good as soon as I put them on.

Question hoping to get answered and maybe kinda stupid but I have wide feet wear a size 8 I’m off white 5s and the only ones I own are the fly knit aj1s is size 8 does anyone have a answer for me possibly if I should still get a size 8 in these or 8.5 due to leather thickness?

I just paid resale for these. I just hope that the price I paid doesn’t deter me from wearing them. Shoes are made to be worn, but this resale game is messing that up.
