Modern tanks normally have reactive armour that help to reflect the molten jet of metal that come from shaped charges such as HEAT, HEAP and HESH warheads. To destroy it in one go, guaranteed, you'll have to plant it over the engine or the fuel tank, or in a place that will kill the crew (and hopefully not yourself in the process), which Tanya might have had extra training for. In real life, you can also attempt to immobilise it by destroying the treads, leaving it a sitting duck for more attacks, but be aware that the tank will still likely have some kind of point defence.
If a SEAL was able to bomb vehicles, he'd be bloody overpowered. A unit costing 1000 dollars that can destroy any vehicle in the game with ease provided it wasn't armed with anti-personnel weaponry or a Mastermind?
Computer hardly uses Navy Seals in Skirmish - one alone can deal a lot of damage if you dont fortify your base - i love the way allied computer hardest difficulty picks a chopper with Tanja and Engineers yesterday to rush my lousy anti ait secured base - build the wall around your MBF to avoid getting rushed
I was playing Polar Storm yesterday and when that Allied Amphibious ship teleported and dropped 4 SEALs on an undefended side of main base, I went panic and retreat like 30 infantries to the other side of the map. Fuck, good thing the SEALs only targeted my infantries and thus got lured into my defenses. Come here today to verify if it was a good decision. Well, my intuition was good! . . . . Though those 30 men never saw action later lmao
With the seal vs conscripts test at the beginning, I think they fire quicker against enemy units. Some slight delay related to waypoints vs auto-targeting enemies.

WG Uchiha that’s a bit pointless though.Seals are very bad against vehicle, they have a completely different role. It would need like 10 elite seals to bring an apocalypse down in average time a situation which will never really occur!

I can answer this for you to the best of my ability. Sentry Gun and Pill Box both have the EXACT same properties in terms of numeral statistics. - Cost $500 - Build time 0:20 - Armour Type: Steel - Ground Attack: 50 (SA) - Cooldown: "26" - Attack Range: 5.5 - Sight Range 7 - Hit Points: 400 So is there even a difference in terms of mechanics? Yes actually, the pillbox is a bit better for the reason that it doesn't have to execute any animations before shooting. The sentry gun has to turn its turret to face its target (while its very fast and responsive, it's still something that has to be done prior to shooting) while the pillbox is in a permanent 360-degrees "guard". Though it may not feel like its any difference with just 0.05 seconds of rotation-time, it adds up when fighting multiple targets. Example of this: If a group of 10 tanks attacks a sentry gun, the sentry gun will have to use that "0.05 seconds" (Obviously just an estimate) to acquire targets between kills 9-10 times; So 0.05x10 targets and you have [roughly] 0.5 seconds of your turret not shooting its gun while the pillbox will instantly acquire new targets and maintain its fire. However if you're using sentries/pillboxes as your main means of defense, then you're probably desperate and have likely already lost the game so it's not like this will apply to any scenario outside of the very rare times that it actually shows. So "Yes", the pillbox is better but for a very subjective reason and this is only noticable when something like a Seal C4's your turret and he lives with like 1 hp or like explained above. Realistically? They're virtually the same thing. Hope this helps.

Yeah, the meta is playing Soviet, and being Iraq in particular. The main draw really is just the Soviet will need to win very early on due to having really good Tier 1 units, even the lowly conscript used as meat shields in ground wars, they have slightly better armor typing than GIs. The Soviets have a really, really crappy late game. The only decent unit they have late game probably is a Dreadnought, and that is if we're dealing with a navy map. Though if you're willing Siege Choppers are also an option, is just their artillery cannon's targeting is weird. Apocalypses will not pay for themselves unless they're elite, you're better off making more Rhinos. Also Apocs are very, very slow and have the same range as Rhinos; which the opposing can just Hit-and-Run Apocs. Nobody uses SEALs a lot unless they want to some area control by destroying bridges. That and subs, squids, dolphins and, boomers are will just tear them apart, of course, in a good number.
Do a versus game with a friend and test units bro. There are things i like to confirm like can Navy Seal can quickly kill a Yuri Clone before he can be mind control.
I believe units do not attack in full range only in friendly fire or in waypoint mode. Even a Yuri clone is safe enough to convert a seal with no problems.
tg what i mean in detail is that without Z, units will start attacking faster and switch targets faster. for example when idling or defending. It is most interesting when killing group of conscripts

Naval mines that can be planted is a real thing. Nobody realistically does this with a tank, since you can't hide via the water.

I think TNT plays a much different role since if you compare it to C4 it's by far inferior.

It does work on new laptops; the fixes are really easy too. Look into CnCnet's tutorials/fixes.

No Seals do not out-range them. A yuri clone will always convert them.

Well, promotion will always play a significant role and change the tide of any battle.
